We favour camps that operate at low guest density, employ predominantly local staff, contribute to community trusts, and have transparent environmental practice. We visit each property personally and revisit annually.

Where does the conservation contribution from each journey go?

A portion of every itinerary supports anti-poaching units, community schooling, and local conservancies in the areas you travel through. We share the detail in writing before you confirm.

Are community visits arranged respectfully?

Always. We work only with long-standing community partners, never as a staged performance. Visits are small, quiet, and on the community's own terms.

How do you offset carbon for international travel?

We work with verified gold-standard offset programmes and include the option in every journey proposal. We are also frank about the limits of offsetting and prefer to favour fewer, longer journeys.
